CAMBRIDGE TIMES – Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club will expand its 2015-16 fall and winter youth volleyball programs.
Club officials have redefined and expanded their developmental and house league programs for the upcoming season.
Now, the Scorpions will add a program for boys and girls that begins in Grade 2, based on the Volleyball Canada Development Model, and will re-align the program to meet the intent of the Long Term Athlete Development Model, including the addition of circulation – mini volleyball and atomic volleyball.
An estimate of 500 youth will be involved in their various indoor programs this season.
The developmental program costs $75 per child, while the winter house league program costs $95.
