 David Tiet The Scorpions Volleyball Club are proud to announce their 18U Girls competitive volleyball team coaches for the 2016-2017. David Tiet will be the head coach. Samantha Singthong and Chanel Barros will be the assistant coaches. David has played volleyball for over 20 years and currently plays in two competitive leagues and runs beach volleyball tournaments and leagues. He previously was an assistant coach for the Scorpions club.  Samantha Singthong Samantha Singthong is a former captain for the Conestoga Condors varsity team. She has also coached competitive club teams for three seasons.  Chanel Barros Chanel Barros is a former player with the Georgian Brown Huskies varsity team.
Paul Langan, founder Scorpions Volleyball Club, states, “All three of these coaches bring will bring excitement to the club and the 18U team. David lives for volleyball. Samantha and Chanel both still play and love the game. I am looking forward to these coaches unleashing their passion for the game and passing it on to our 18U girl’s team.” Tryouts for the Scorpions Competitive team will be September 10th and 11th.
