Scorpions Announce Their Annual General Meeting

The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club Inc. would like to announce their Annual General Meeting we will be held Sunday November 18th, 2018 at the Sunbridge Hotel, 200 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge at 6:30pm.

Any players, parents, and coaches currently registered in the club can attend. Agenda items must be submitted to the secretary@scorpionsvolleyball.ca by November 11th, 2018.

The club, in the spirit of continuous improvement and due diligence, has hired an auditor to review the clubs finances and provide recommendations for improvement. The auditor will present their results at the AGM.

Parents and players, Please mark on the calendar this Friday October 19th at Preston High School, Cambridge. Our Coaches will take on the Scorpions 17u and 18U game. It is a fundraiser for our 18U Scorpions academic fund.
