![]() We are all set for our Saturday December 13th tournament for Grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 at Heritage College on Holiday Inn Drive in Cambridge. The coaches are putting the teams together at our normal SPIKES sessions. The SCHEDULE is: Grades 5-6 9:00am-Noon, Grades 7-8 12:30pm-4pm. There is no charge to attend the tournament. Our 18U girls will be running a concession, doing face painting, selling raffle tickets and referring the games. All money raised will go to the team representing the club at the Canadian National Volleyball Championships in April in 2015 in Calgary. It costs over $10,000. for the team to go their so they need to raise money. Friends and family are welcome to attend. We will have seating on the stage and on the floor.

We only have so many gyms. ![]() The Scorpions Volleyball Club is hosting the inaugural City of Cambridge Boys Volleyball Tournament this Saturday November 8th, 2014 at Heritage College Cambridge, ON. The tournament has invited boys volleyball teams from the elementary public, separate school boards and from the Scorpions development program in Cambridge. The first tournament will have 8 teams playing in a triple ball format that encourages more touches on the ball. Paul Langan, Founder Scorpions Volleyball states," For the first time ever we will be offering a City of Cambridge Boys elementary school volleyball tournament for teams from the public and separate boards. We also be offering to demonstrate a triple ball format of play that encourages more touches on the ball. In future years this tournament will grow and we will also have one for girls.
