![]() We would like to take the time to congratulate Jessna Marmo on her successful post secondary education at Mohawk College and her completion of playing 4 years varsity volleyball for the Mohawk College Mountaineers. Jessna graduated from their Advanced Biotechnology Engineering program at Mohawk. Matthew Schnarr, Head Coach of the Mohawk College Women's team, "“I had the opportunity to work with Jessna for 2 years of her 4 spent at Mohawk College. Jessna was the ultimate teammate in her time at Mohawk. An athlete of few words as she let her effort in practice and matches do the talking. Jessna NEVER took a night off and would run through the wall if it meant keeping the ball alive. She was an integral part of our programs push for a culture reset and left it in a better place than where she started with it. Once A Mountaineer, Always A Mountaineer. Thank you Jessna and the Scorpions Volleyball Club” Paul Langan, Founder of Scorpions Volleyball Club, " I remember when Jessna was at our first beachvolleyball camp in 2011 and later as an 18U player with our club. She was always professional on the court. She has matured into an excellent role model for young athletes and I am glad she is coaching in our beach volleyball developmental program this summer. We wish her the best in her career. " For more on the Mohawk College Mountaineers Women's Volleyball team click HERE. For more on the Scorpions Volleyball Club go to: https://scorpionsvolleyball.ca
