![]() The Scorpions Volleyball Club are proud to announce that John Forman and Bernadine Verstraeten have been hired to run their Grades 5-8 Atomic Volleyball Youth Developmental Program. WireService.ca Press Release (07/15/2015) Cambridge, ON - The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club based out of Cambridge, Ontario is one of only 5 volleyball clubs in Canada accredited by Volleyball Canada. The club recently celebrated their fifth year anniversary. They had 500 youth in their indoor program and 350 in their beach volleyball programs in 2015. The club has refocused their energy on their developmental programs. They offer programs for boys and girls from Grade 2-12. The club uses only Volleyball Canada approved training programs and follows their Development Model. John Forman will be responsible for the Atomic Volleyball 1 program for Grades 5 and 6. Bernadine Verstraeten will be responsible for the Atomic Volleyball 2 program for Grades 7 and 8. Paul Langan, Founder of Scorpions Volleyball Club states," Together John and Bernadine have over 40 years combined experience in coaching youth volleyball and as school teachers. It is critical to the continuing success of the club that we refocus our energy on improving our youth development program.
