![]() Scorpions Volleyball player Lexi Rosen, a 6'4" middle blocker, has signed with the University of Guelph women's varsity volleyball team. WireService.ca Press Release (04/23/2015) Cambridge, Ontario - The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club is proud to announce the first of several of their players who have signed to play varsity volleyball at college or university in September 2015. 18U Scorpion player Lexi Rosen has had various offers but has decided to attend the University of Guelph and accept a scholarship to play for the Guelph Gryphons women's team. Coach Funk describes the addition of Lexi as "a big asset to the squad for years to come." Lexi on why she chose Guelph. "I decided to attend the University of Guelph because of the school's great reputation for excellence in academics, sports and student life. I look forward to joining the volleyball program at Guelph and to help contribute to its success."Lexi will be enrolled in the Human Nutrition program at Guelph in the Fall.
